Chicago 2002
The 18th Annual Chicago dinner was held at the historic
Chicago Hilton and Towers on November 7, 2002. Over 500
people came to pay special tribute to the American Ireland
Fund and our honoree James M. Denny for his many years of
dedication to civic and philanthropic causes and his commitment
to Ireland
Special thanks to our dinner co-chairs: W. James Farrell,
Edward M. Liddy, William A. Osborn and Henry M. Paulson,
Jr. The evening would not have been such a success without
the continuous support and friendship of these four extraordinary
men.
The evening began with dancing to the lovely sounds of
the Stu Hirsh Orchestra followed by a special performance
by one of Chicago's most renowned Irish soloists', Catherine
O'Connell.
Thank you to everyone for all your generous support that
contributed to the best Chicago dinner yet!
