The White House, Kinsale, Co Cork : Friday, 17 June 2005

The White House in Kinsale, Co Cork was the setting for this year’s Texas Dinner. All Texans at The Ireland Funds Conference were in attendance along with adopted Texans Jean and Roger Downer, Liza and Aidan O’Connor, Father Simon and Brother Mark Patrick from Glenstal Abbey, Breda Clifford from Tralee, Co Kerry, and WineGeese Honorary Chair Ted Murphy and his lovely wife Garry

A wonderful evening of good fellowship, pleasant conversation with great food and wine was had by all.  The presence of special guests Jean and Pearse Kelly and the Rev. Bill Shaw from Northern Ireland reminded us that in the midst of conviviality we must always be prompted to help the less fortunate and that along with the fun in Funds is also fundraising.
