December 7th saw the Texans gather again at the
Montaigne Club for a dinner honoring the Abbot of
Glenstal and Mrs. Mary Ann Perryman, hosted by national
board member, Mrs. Dolores McCall.
Mrs. McCall announced
the creation of the Glenstal Abbey Education and
Endowment Fund. She committed $100,000 to the Fund
and stated she would match any other donation 100
percent.
Others who pledged that evening were Mrs.
Mary Ann Perryman and Mr. Ken Wright. The first
donations to come in to the Fund were from Dr.
and Mrs. Bill Tucker of Dallas and Dr. Ronan O'Malley
of Houston.
