Fulbright Scholar receives grant

Fulbright Scholar and SMU Meadows
Alum Catherine Sherer who has completed her Masters
in Irish Dance at the University of Limerick. Catherine's
Fulbright was supplemented by a grant from the Thomas
J. Tierney fund of The American Ireland Fund.
Those who compete in the Thomas
J. Tierney Golf Tournament will remember Catherine
and her band who played at the Bennett party. Catherine
charmed everyone with her rendition of the Broom dance.
