New York Board’s Inaugural Meeting : June 14th 2005

A very important step in the development of the Fund in New York occurred today with the inaugural meeting of the New York Board, the first regional Board within the Funds worldwide structure.

The mission of the group is to harness and extend our support base and to design and oversee a full, year round program of activities in the New York region.

In other words it will develop
- New products
- New projects
- New services
- New blood
- New structures
to ensure The Fund can take full advantage of its potential in the capital of the world.
It is intended that the Board would serve as a template for the creation of similar bodies across The Funds’ network.
