Sydney Supporters Lunch : 16 July 2004

The Australian Ireland Fund Sydney Supporters Lunch was
held on Friday 16 July and was kindly hosted by Mr. David
Wiadrowski of PricewaterhouseCoopers at the PWC offices
on Sussex Street, Sydney.
The supporters lunch was attended by over 40 people
and was an opportunity to thank all our supporters
for their hard work and continued support over the
past 12 months and to inform them of all upcoming events
and fundraisers. Awards in the form of beautiful Waterford
Crystal glasses were presented to many of those supporters
who have contributed greatly to the Fund over the course
of the past five years. These people included Mrs.
Toni Ryan, Mrs. Mary Lee, Mr. Bill Roche AM, Mrs. Dympna
Matthews, Mr. Richard Froggatt, Ms. Julia Ross and
Mr. Frank Curran. The lunch was also attended by Australian
Ireland Fund Chairman Charles Curran AO, Irish Ambassador
H.E. Declan Kelly, Irish Vice Consul Michael Keaveney
and Mrs. Margaret Whitlam.
