The "Emerald Bushtime" Sydney Garden Party took place on Sunday 23 November 2003 at the beautiful harbourside home of Lady Mary Fairfax.

Over 510 people attended the event, despite the rain, yes rain in Sydney, it was a wonderful occasion. Sir Anthony O'Reilly was our guest of honour and he gave an erudite and entertaining address.

The most delightful feature of the day was the announcement of the magnificent gift of $1 million from Lady Mary Fairfax to fund "The Sir Warwick Fairfax Trust" for integrated education in Ireland

We thank Lady Fairfax sincerely for this
most generous and valuable gift.
