The 14th Annual Emerald Ball was held at the Crowne Plaza Chateau Lacombe on March 16th. The guest speaker was John Doyle Author and writer for Arts and Entertainment for The Globe and Mail paper. Harpist and singer Eithne Heffernan and Irish dancers The Matterian School of Irish dance entertained the guests.

As always the live and silent auction was a huge success. A big thank you to all who provided items for the auction. A particular mention to Ted Murphy for the Chateau de la ligne in Burgundy.

The Trocadero orchestra kept the happy crowd on their feet until the early hours of the morning! It was an night to remember and a good start to St. Patrick’s Day.
