The Ireland Fund of Canada, founded twenty-eight years ago, is dedicated to fundraising, hosting events and gaining recognition for significant projects in Ireland and Canada.

The 10th Annual Day at the Races, a fantastic opportunity for Corporate and Community support, is a fundraising and friend-raising campaign, run by the Ireland Fund of Canada in support of the Celtic Studies Program at St. Michael’s College in the University of Toronto. Celtic Studies is a scholarly program capturing the true diversity of Celtic thought and culture.

We are honoured to have the Honourable Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance and Jim McKenny, City TV Sports Anchor, as our special guests this year.

At this wonderful event you will enjoy the camaraderie of clients, friends and family while savouring a fabulous buffet lunch. As you place your bets you can look over the exquisite Silent Auction Table or purchase your winning raffle ticket. Perhaps you may even be the winner of the Best Dressed Couple, Best Hat or Best Tie. This is a fun filled day that you do not want to miss!
