| What is an online pledge? | It is the same as an actual donation in that you register online but do not make a credit card donation. Instead you click the Bill me later selector in Billing options and we will send you an invoice |
| What is the difference between a once-off and a monthly payment? |
A once-off donation is simply that -a single payment. However,
for your convenience, once you register, you can log back into your
account with your user name and password to make further donations
should you wish |
| Is my credit card secure? | Yes, we use an industry standard secure server. You can click on the Verisign Secure Site certification icon on the Donation page for further information |
| Can I make two donations by mistake? | While this is possible, the system generally inhibits this action. Furthermore, we personaly check all donations and, if something looks like an accidental double donation, we will contact you |
| Can I specify a particular project? | Yes! Enter the name of the charity or project in the comments box in the online donation form |
