The Opening of the Glucksman Gallery signals a new cultural focus for University College Cork

On October 15th 2004, President Mary McAleese officially opened the Lewis Glucksman Gallery marking a major day for University College Cork and for visual art in Ireland. The Gallery was developed at a cost of €12 million-and will act as a major cultural focus for UCC and the region as a whole. The new Gallery will be one of the most significant spaces for visual art in Ireland since the Irish Museum of Modern Art opened it's doors in 1991.

Opening Hours
Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm, Sundays 12-5pm
Late opening Thursday until 9pm
