The Literary Award
Committee met recently for the 2006 deliberations.
Chaired by Senator Maurice Hayes, Committee members
include former Literary Award winners Thomas McCarthy,
Seamus Heaney and Nuala Ni Dhomhnaill and renowned
academic & writer
Professor Terence Browne.
The AWB Vincent American Ireland Fund Literary
Award will be presented to the recipient at this
year’s June Meetings which will take place
on 23, 24 and 25 June.
