The book, which
contains salutes from key personalities associated
with the Ireland Funds, is a monument to the
remarkable, colorful and utterly generous life
of Bill Vincent.
The book opens with tributes from H.E. Mary McAleese,
President of Ireland and H.S.H Prince Albert
II of Monaco.
Bill Vincent is a founding member of the American
Irish Foundation which merged with the Ireland
Funds in 1983 to form the American Ireland Fund.
Since then he has been instrumental in promoting
the Funds in France, Germany and Britain. Ten
years ago he founded the Ireland Fund of Monaco.
Mr. Vincent has supported many Ireland Funds
projects across the island. He is undoubtedly
one of the most popular figures associated with
the Fund, not least among the staff of the Ireland
Funds, who paid for the publication of this book
willingly as a testament to their affection for
this extraordinary man. |
