Works to construct a narrow-gauge railway experience that incorporates a railway heritage museum and recreates stations, signals, and bridges. Funding helps cover the costs of rail track, a train shed, and platforms.

"Eventually the track will be extended to Grattan Quay so that passengers may board and disembark the train in Waterford City Centre and use it as a commuter service. Grants are available from EU sources for capital work but we must provide 50% of the funding.”
